Orders may be placed 24-hours a day, 7-days a week through our Web site!
To ensure the freshest pizzelle possible, the cookies are baked within 48-hours of the order being placed and shipped out immediately thereafter.
Payment is accepted by money order, personal check (an NSF charge of $45 is in effect), or you may buy directly through the Web site using your Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and/or eChecks using PayPal. Sorry, we do not accept c.o.d.

OUR RETURN POLICY
Since food products are perishable, we will only accept returns if the cookies were sent due to an error on our behalf. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 10-days upon receipt or your return may not be accepted.
If you fail to contact us prior to a return to receive authorization within 10-days of receipt, we will not accept the return.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
Damaged products must be reported to us within 10-days upon receipt. Save the damaged product and all shipping materials then contact the carrier service or call us at 330-240-2257, leave a message and somebody will get in contact with you, a.s.a.p.
Just Pizzelles™ is not responsible for damages due to heat and/or carrier service.
